Katy Raytis focuses her employment law practice on employer representation and counseling for matters related to harassment, discrimination, wage and hour, wrongful termination, and other compliance issues. She has extensive experience handling administrative claims and has actively participated in litigating a variety of employment-related lawsuits. Katy's counseling practice includes policy development as well as practical advice on implementation, enforcement, and troubleshooting

Katy earned her Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor from the University of California at Berkeley. She is a member of the California State Bar Association.
