Melissa will address SB 358.
Melissa Stevens obtained her Bachelors in Public Policy & Administration. The last three years she has been a Retaliation Investigator.

Gina Hester
Gina will address Hot Topics.
Gina Hester was born and raised in Philadelphia and moved to California in 1985. She has been with the Labor Commissioner’s office since 1989. She obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in 1996 and promoted to Deputy Labor Commissioner in 2000. In 2005, she was promoted to supervisor of the Bakersfield and Fresno office. She currently supervises the Bakersfield office’s wage adjudication unit as well as  the Long Beach Port Unit.
