Sponsor, please be sure to provide your organization details (flyers and website), contact representative information (name, email, headshot), and company logo to ensure you receive full recognition.
Sponsorship Registration Terms & Conditions
KCSHRM reserves the right to cancel an event due to low registration or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.
If KCSHRM cancels an event, sponsorship will be transferable to another available event sponsorship.
The Kern County SHRM Sponsor Agreement becomes valid when the Sponsorship form is digitally completed. Agreement is sent by the Sponsorship Director once request has been received. Completion of the agreement with payment or invoice will confirm and secure your sponsorship. Balance is due no later than 60 days after agreement is completed or, 20 days prior to event, whichever comes first.
