TEDx Speaker, Corporate Trainer, Certified Leadership and Confidence Coach, Business Owner and Founder of Rise Up For You, Nada is passionate about enhancing company culture and people’s development through teaching soft skills, aka human skills.

With over 10 years of experience as a college professor and former top executive for an education corporation, Nada understands the importance of fusing education, empowerment, and leadership together as she works with her clients and speaks to audiences worldwide. She has toured the world as a singer, has a Master’s degree in Administrative Leadership, and has coached and mentored close to 50,000 individuals around the world on self-empowerment, career strategy, and soft skills.

Nada has been featured on hundreds of podcasts and radio shows and has also been a motivational and educational speaker on platforms such as TEDx Talks, The Female Quotient, The California Human Resources Conference, Wonder Women Tech, The Human Gathering and more. Her company, Rise Up For You has been featured and worked with brands such as CBS, LA Fitness, Google Next 19, and more.

Nada is a proud TEDx Women speaker, has been awarded the Chief's Award from the Orange County Sheriff's Department for her work in 2018 and is a three-time finalist for The Emerging Woman-Owned Business Award from Connected Women of Influence.

Karith Foster


Karith Foster is a Speaker, Humorist and Author of the best-selling book “You Can Be Perfect or You Can Be Happy.” She is also a Diversity Inclusion & Belonging Expert and the creator of the groundbreaking INVERSITY™ methodology. Her work is creating a seismic shift in diversity, leadership and culture change in academic institutions, organizations and corporations across America.

In addition to being CEO of INVERSITY™ Solutions, Karith is also the Founder of F.R.A.M.E the Foster Russell Alliance for Meaningful Expression a 501(c)3 non-profit, whose mission is to inspire free speech, inclusion, social change and empowerment through education and mentorship on college and university campuses

Karith is a positive force of change with her sense of duty, service—along with her riotous sense of humor. “If you can laugh at it you can get through it,” is her motto and the invaluable lesson she seeks to instill in others. This is the underlying theme of her popular TEDx Talk “The Art of Defying Stereotypes: Learning to be True to Your Voice.”

Karith is an alumna of Stephens College and Oxford University. She is also a visiting luminary for the Knight-Hennessy Scholars program at Stanford University and a 8-time repeat guest lecturer for Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business course, "Reputation Management."

Karith resides in NYC, Texas and Southern California with her husband aka “The Aussie” and her two beautiful and hysterical daughters.


Aaron Mitchell

Aaron Craig Mitchell is an LA based Entrepreneur, Investor, Advisor, Coach, and Changemaker with nearly 20 years experience across various industries. 

Aaron is currently in the process of building a Web3 business focused on connecting people to the vibrant culture of Salvador de Bahia, Brazil in innovative ways.  He was recently the Director of HR for Netflix Animation, where he led HR for one of the largest and fastest growing animation studios in history. An experienced business leader with a demonstrated history of executing change, Aaron has become globally recognized for his historic work pioneering Netflix’s 2% Cash Holdings Pledge of $100 Million into Black Owned Banks. An initiative that not only led to critical acclaim, but also anchored a movement for financial equity & inclusion and opened doors for marginalized communities to flourish. His work has led to features in The New York Times, CNBC, and Wired.   

Before joining Netflix, Aaron led Talent Management for MassMutual where he was responsible for succession planning, leadership development, executive recruitment, and university relations. He also served as the Recruitment Leader for Citi’s APAC (Asia-Pacific) and EMEA (Europe, Middle-East and Africa) Consumer Bank where he was responsible for workforce planning, selection, and onboarding and previously lead strategy and planning for Citi’s Asia-Pacific recruitment team specifically focused on the refinement of technology, process, and data quality capabilities.

Aaron currently serves on the boards of UNICEF USA, The Atlanta Music Project and The People Concern, as well as an Advisor for Struct Club and People Tech Advisors. 

Born in New Haven, CT, he earned his MBA from Harvard Business School, and BBA from Temple University in Pennsylvania. He resides in Los Angeles, CA with his wife and two daughters.
