Sponsorship Registration Terms & Conditions

KCSHRM reserves the right to cancel an event due to low registration or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.

If KCSHRM cancels an event, sponsorship will be transferable to another available event sponsorship.

The Kern County SHRM Sponsor Agreement becomes valid when the Sponsorship form is digitally completed. Agreement is sent by the Sponsorship Director once request has been received. Completion of the agreement with payment or invoice will confirm and secure your sponsorship. Balance is due no later than 60 days after agreement is completed or, 20 days prior to event, whichever comes first.

Kern County SHRM will ensure to make the credits available before and after each meeting. It is the attendees’ responsibility to capture the HRCI/SHRM credits at that time.
